 武汉鑫文丰机械有限公司是一家专业生产矿山机械设备的公司。具有先进的凿岩机具研制开发中心，拥有一支实力雄厚的科研开发队伍，近几年来，研制的YDT30型新型电动凿岩机专利产品，填补了我国凿岩机械中一次能量转换的空白，冶金部科技成果鉴定会鉴定为“达到国际先进水平，是对我国电动凿岩机研制方面一个新的贡献”。在致密花岗岩（f=14～16,σb=140～160MPa）中凿速达180～280毫米/分（钻头直径36mm），比一般相似机型的凿速提高30%，较目前小型气动凿岩机提高 70%，该机的能量利用率达53.1%,为现有小型气动凿岩机能量利用率（7.7%）的七倍，按每台年工作300天*5小时计，节电11820度，以1000台计，年节电1182万度，节电效益为768.3万元/年，不需压风设备和输风管道，借助柴油发电机，在无电区域也能正常工作，节约大量基本建设资金，确保人身、场区、设备的安全作业。由此开发的系列产品手持式、机动式、电液式、台车式等凿岩机械，广泛用于修筑公路、铁路、机场跑道、地质勘探、金属和非金属矿藏开采、国防工程等领域。
Wuhan Xinwenfeng Machiney Co.,Ltd is a new company to major manufacture the mine machinery equipment. It has an advanced research center and a R&D team with rich experience with an effort to the development and test of rock drill and tools. In recent years, the company has succeeded in developing the patent product, YDT30 New Type Powerful Electric Rock Drill, which has passed the Science & Technology Achievements Expertise Organized by the Ministry of Metallurgy Industry , and regarded as “having achieved the intemational advanced level in the field and made a new contribution to the development of electric rock drill in our country ”. For drilling in dense granite (f=14～16,σb=140～160MPa), the penetration rate is up to 180～280mm/min (bit diameter 36mm), which is 30% faster than that of the similar products , 70% faster the ordinary small pneumatic rock drills. The energy utilization efficiency is up to 53.1%,which is 7times as that of the small pneumatic rock drill(7.7%). By calculation of operating time as 300 days×5 hours for a year per drill set, it can save electricity by 11820 kilowatt-hours. Furthermore, by calculation for 1000duill sets, this can save electricity up to 11.82 million kilowatt-hours per year. The resulting profit on electricity economization is 7.683 million yuan RMB per year.It needs neither air compressing facilities nor pipelines, and can operate normally even in site without electricity by means of diesel engine Therefore,lots of basic construction capital can be saved, and the safety of workers, fieldas well as equipment can be ensured. A series of products are developed on the basis of the YDT31 electric rock drill, such as hand-beld, flexible, electric-hydraulic rock drills as well as drill wagon. These are extensively used in high-way, railway, airport runway, geological survey, metallic and non-metallic mines,national defense and other kinds of engineering field.
